As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.

UPGRADE YOUR GIFT

Flowers will be arranged approximately as shown on our website. DELUXE orders contain more flowers in the style and color of the original arrangement. PREMIUM orders contain more blooms and are designed with even higher-quality flower varieties. PLANT or DISH GARDEN upgrades feature larger (or more) plants than what is shown on the website and/or will be in a more decorative container. Upgraded GIFT BASKETS make even more of a statement! We'll add more goodies that compliment the theme and style of the item you see on the website, plus a more impressive basket.
